  • Dr. Criswell is a board-certified family medicine physician caring for patients across the life span, including obstetrics and newborns. She graduated from Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York with her MD and a Master’s of Science in Biomedical Research. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at the Maine-Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency in Augusta and Waterville. She is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and she conducts research on environmental health. She holds faculty positions at Tufts University School of Medicine and Dartmouth Geisel School of Medicine, and she is an Affiliated Investigator with the MaineHealth Institute for Research.

  • Jaclyn Israel, DO is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. Dr. Israel earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her Family Medicine residency at Central Maine Medical Center.   • Sarah Tomasz, D.O. is a board-certified family medicine physician caring for patients across the life span including pregnant patients and newborns. A graduate of the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, she completed her residency in Family Medicine at Maine Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency. She is trained as a birth doula and has a passion for breastfeeding medicine, osteopathic manipulative medicine, care for multigenerational families, and home visits in the postpartum and newborn period, when possible.

Redington-Fairview General Hospital is an independent community hospital located in Skowhegan, Maine. RFGH has provided quality, comprehensive health services to the residents of Somerset County since 1952. A member of the Maine Hospital Association, RFGH offers inpatient and outpatient services in many specialties, has a network of community-based primary care and pediatric physicians, and provides 24-hour emergency medical services.
