Rehab & Fitness Services offers one of the
most comprehensive array of rehabilitation and
fitness programs in Maine. Our experienced and
talented team of licensed and nationally certified
rehabilitation professionals work closely with
our patients throughout every step of their rehabilitation
or fitness quest. From pre-surgical consultation
to customized independent exercise programs, and
all the direct one-to-one therapy in between,
we tailor our services to the specific needs and
wants of our patients—at whatever level they
may be in the rehabilitation or personal fitness
process.

Physical therapy evaluation and
treatment for pre & post operative strengthening
and pain relief; orthopedic injuries; stroke/neuro
rehab; infant and pediatric mobility delays;
non-traditional strength and movement interventions,
as well as therapeutic massage and traction.

Occupational therapy services for
hand and upper body injuries; fine-motor
disturbances; injuries affecting everyday
self-care abilities; visual-perceptual training;
and early childhood / developmental intervention
in our large pediatric "jungle gym"
facilities.

Lymphedema Therapy services: Manual
Lymph Drainage & Complete Decongestive
Therapy.

Speech-Language Pathology services
for evaluation and treatment of disorders
and/or injuries affecting the ability to
speak, use and understand language, or safely
swallow. Early childhood to geriatric populations
served. Swallow videoflouroscopy (Modified
Barium Swallow studies) also offered.

Aquatic-based fitness programs,
group or individual, utilizing the many
advantages of exercising in a buoyant, low-impact
environment. We have one of the largest
heated therapy pools in Maine! And a full
length, cooler lap pool as well.

Athletic training services for local
area sports programs, as well as treatment
and prevention of individual athlete injuries.
