SERVICES
Dietitians are available seven days a week to
answer questions and provide nutrition education
to patients.
Medical Nutrition Therapy is available
by physician referral for Out-patients requiring
nutrition education. For more information please

COMMUNITY PROGRAMS:
"Weigh to Go" is our community weight
management program taught by RFGH Registered Dietitians.
This very popular program is offered in 3 sessions,
winter, spring and fall with weekly weigh-ins
year round. Please call our community health educator,
Jim Fortunato at 474-5121 ext.318 for more information.
Diabetes Self Management Training: Six
sessions are offered yearly and include 5 classes
on topics such as nutrition, medications and exercise,
along with individual meetings with the registered
nurse and dietitian. The program is coordinated
by the diabetes nurse educator and requires a
