Redington-Fairview Hospital's Laboratory outpatient
hours are:
7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)
7:00 AM to 11:00 AM Saturdays
We are normally closed on Sundays.

A full-service Laboratory in a small community
hospital. The Laboratory operates to support the
care of all who utilize our facilities on both
an emergency and routine basis. Our services include:
• Clinical pathology including blood
bank, coagulation hematology, microbiology, urinalysis,
serology and chemistry
• Anatomic pathology including
histology and cytology
Staffed around the clock by highly qualified
professionals, the Laboratory Department is fully
accredited by the College of American Pathologists
and the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB),
most recently receiving accreditation in April
2004.
The Laboratory Department has recently installed
an upgraded Biological Safety Cabinet providing
greater protection for the hospital environment
from contamination by microbiological agents undergoing
testing within the Laboratory Department.

(state-of-the-art technology in automated blood
culture analysis).
