Redington-Fairview General Hospital provides
quality nutritional care to all patients and offers
a wide variety of menu selections RFGH's patient
meal satisfaction continues to be 5-Star rated,
ranking it as among the best in the state of Maine.
Fresh fruits and salads as well as home baked
desserts and rolls are available daily and menu
choices include many scrumptious but healthful
favorites such as lobster roll, shrimp scampi,
tenderloin steak, Mediterranean salmon, roast
turkey, pot roast, seafood chowder and lobster
stew. Lighter menu items are always available
such as cold salad plates, sandwiches and soup.
In addition to catering to individual preferences
at scheduled meal times, for those patients whose
appetites are on different schedules, we also
provide room service and snacks between
the hours of 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Redington-Fairview General Hospital's
cafeteria is open to the public from 6am to 6:30
p.m., with a hot breakfast available from 9 a.m.
to 10:30 a.m., hot lunch available from 11:30
a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and dinner served from 4:30
p.m. to 6:30 p.m.. Two entrees are available daily,
including "heart healthy" options and the salad,
soup and sandwich bar.
